This Shipping, Returns & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through www.dressyourmind.com, operated by DRESSYOURMIND EYEWEAR, a Berlin-based independent eyewear brand specializing in premium retro vintage sunglasses for men and women.

Shipping Policy

DressYourMind Eyewear offers worldwide shipping for all orders of our premium retro sunglasses and vintage-inspired eyewear collections.

Orders are carefully prepared and processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on the destination country, customs procedures, local regulations, and carrier operations.

All shipments include tracking information and are sent via DHL International or equivalent trusted delivery partners.

DressYourMind Eyewear is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities, international shipping procedures, weather conditions, or external logistics providers.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

For deliveries outside the European Union, customers are responsible for any applicable:

  • Customs duties

  • Import taxes

  • VAT charges

  • Local government fees or additional customs costs

These charges are determined by the destination country and are not included in the purchase price unless otherwise stated.

Right of Withdrawal (European Union Consumer Law)

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without providing any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party appointed by you (other than the carrier), receive physical possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform DressYourMind Eyewear through a clear written statement, such as email communication.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that your notification is sent before the 14-day withdrawal period expires.

Returns

Customers must return products within 14 days after notifying DressYourMind Eyewear of their withdrawal request.

Returned items must:

  • Be in their original condition

  • Include original packaging and accessories where applicable

  • Show no signs of damage or excessive use

Customers may carefully inspect and try on sunglasses to check their fit, style, and characteristics.

The customer is responsible for any reduction in product value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to evaluate the nature, characteristics, and functionality of the product.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured return shipping service.

DressYourMind Eyewear cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged return shipments during transportation.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days after receiving the returned goods or receiving valid proof of return shipment, whichever occurs first.

Refunds will always be issued using the original payment method used for the purchase.

Where required by European consumer law, standard delivery costs may be refunded.

Additional services such as express shipping upgrades are non-refundable unless legally required.

DressYourMind Eyewear reserves the right to delay reimbursement until the returned products have been received or valid proof of shipment has been provided.

Failed Delivery & Uncollected Parcels

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information and ensuring that parcels are collected when required.

If a delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect address information

  • Customer absence

  • Refusal of delivery

  • Failure to collect the parcel

If the package is returned to DressYourMind Eyewear, we may deduct return shipping costs and carrier charges where legally permitted.

Any additional shipping costs required for resending the order will be charged to the customer.
